Thank you for shopping with The Salty. Every item we make and ship is crafted with care, and we take pride in delivering the highest quality experience. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Perishable Items (Bread Pudding Packs, Food Items, Limited Drops)
Our shippable food items are made fresh and perishable. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review your claim and make it right when eligible.
Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Non-Food Items)
All merchandise purchases are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, fit, or preference.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so our team can assist.
Shipping Issues
Once a package is picked up by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out and our team will do what we can to help.
